The HIV/AIDS indeed spread and very dangerous. However, this spread not immediately, but filled the ESSE condition, that is exit, sufficient, survive, enter.

  1. Sufficient, to be able to infect the other person, the virus that went out must be enough. For example, someone will not be infected by the HIV/AIDS only in a hand-shaking manner the hands with ODHA. Sebab, the number of available viruses on ODHA hands sweat could not infect.
  2. Survive, before infected, there was the possibility of this virus of dying when contact with free air. Therefore, the virus must survive when leaving the foster-mother's body before infecting and getting the new foster-mother.
  3. Enter, that was certain the virus will cause the infection if succeeding in entering the body and overcoming the immune system.
